DIAGNOSIS
After taking office, at the end of a 20-day period, a short report is handled. It reviews the objectives and the action plan.
Regular progress meetings will be scheduled during which we will assess ongoing actions and the achievement of objectives
SECURING AND TRANSFERING
Before the end of the mission, detailed recommendations regarding the new organization are provided. The handover is completed and sustainability is ensured.
